Forever Pipe™ Corro is a corrosion-resistant centrifugally cast stainless steel hollow bar engineered for demanding fluid transfer and structural applications where long-term resistance to corrosion is critical. Manufactured using VEEM’s centrifugal casting process, Forever Pipe™ Corro delivers a dense, uniform metallurgical structure and consistent mechanical properties across the wall thickness.
Available in a wide range of diameters and stainless steel alloy systems—including austenitic, duplex and martensitic grades—it is designed to perform in aggressive environments involving water, chemicals and corrosive media, where conventional fabricated or welded pipe solutions may be prone to degradation.

Centrifugal Casting
Engineered metallurgy for extreme performance
Centrifugal casting is a specialised manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured into a rotating mould. Under centrifugal force, the metal is distributed evenly around the mould, forming a dense, close-grained structure with exceptional structural integrity.
Unlike conventional gravity casting, centrifugal casting produces material that solidifies from the outside diameter inward. This directional solidification significantly reduces defects such as shrinkage, gas porosity, blowholes and non-metallic inclusions, resulting in higher strength, reliability and consistency.
