Forever Pipe™ Duo Bar is a dual-metal centrifugally cast pipe designed for extreme abrasion environments. A high-chrome white iron bore provides exceptional wear resistance, while the outer steel layer delivers structural toughness and weldability.
The bore is extremely abrasion resistant and gives a 10x wear life compared to weld overlay. The outer layer protects from any impact cracking.

Centrifugal Casting
Engineered metallurgy for extreme performance
Centrifugal casting is a specialised manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured into a rotating mould. Under centrifugal force, the metal is distributed evenly around the mould, forming a dense, close-grained structure with exceptional structural integrity.
Unlike conventional gravity casting, centrifugal casting produces material that solidifies from the outside diameter inward. This directional solidification significantly reduces defects such as shrinkage, gas porosity, blowholes and non-metallic inclusions, resulting in higher strength, reliability and consistency.
