Forever Pipe™ Sleeve Shield is a high-strength centrifugally cast inner sleeve system engineered to extend the life and performance of existing pipe infrastructure. Designed for insertion into worn or high-stress pipelines, Sleeve Shield combines structural strength with engineered alloy performance to withstand pressure, abrasion and corrosion.
Manufactured using VEEM’s centrifugal casting process and available in a broad range of specialist dimensions and alloy systems, Sleeve Shield provides a robust, long-term alternative to full pipe replacement in high-pressure and critical operating environments.

Centrifugal Casting
Engineered metallurgy for extreme performance
Centrifugal casting is a specialised manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured into a rotating mould. Under centrifugal force, the metal is distributed evenly around the mould, forming a dense, close-grained structure with exceptional structural integrity.
Unlike conventional gravity casting, centrifugal casting produces material that solidifies from the outside diameter inward. This directional solidification significantly reduces defects such as shrinkage, gas porosity, blowholes and non-metallic inclusions, resulting in higher strength, reliability and consistency.
